I cancelled my subscription long ago, yet was charged with a renewal
I cancelled my subscription and set it to NOT auto renew....
Yet I received an email that it was auto renewed today.
Please reverse this and PLEASE Set this to NOT renew again.
Could you please contact us via email@example.com and we will refund you for the extra charge.
I sent an email via support as you asked. I have not received a reply yet. Sent this 3 days ago.
Sorry about that! I will nudge the billing team to process the refund asap.
