I paid for a subscription, but I did not get it
I paid for the premium and the money was debited from the account, but the premium did not turn on for me. When I try to make Premium subscription again, Apple warns that I've already an active Premium subscription in TickTick.

Can you solve it?

P.S. I tried to restore subscription in TickTick app on Mac, but this function doesn't work.
How long should I wait? 4 DAYS WITHOUT PREMIUM. You are killing my business.

I have been waiting for more than 4 days, TickTick took my money and do not wanna help.
