Premium user - no support?
I've been a premium user for over a year now and questions usually get answered here in the Help Centre.
However, I have two issues and I've posted here but received no reply. So now I have a third question - how do I raise support tickets?
Here are my other two questions:
1. Habits Backup
I take daily backups of my data but Habits are not included.
How can I back them up please?
2. Date format defaults to US
Recently my UK date formatting (19/05/2020) has reverted to US format (05/19/2020).
I'm sure there used to be a setting for this but can't find it now - how do I change back to UK format please?
I'm using Firefox browser on PC.
