Sync with desktop apps in background
TickTick for iOS does not sync with TickTick for macOS until the app is opened on iPhone, even with the "background app refresh" setting enabled for TickTick iOS.
Sorry, we still haven‘t found a good solution with that.
TickTick app may be suspended in the background when you don't open it or use other apps for quite some time, which may cause the background refresh not working.
We are going to explore the technical constraints to see if we can figure out a way to fix it thoroughly.
I get the same thing with Android - it doesn't seem to do any background syncing at all.
Background syncing used to work between macOS and Android.
It doesn't work for me anymore. Have to manually do a refresh on Android to get things to update.
