win10 app - drag and drop not functioning
Hi - I am very new to ticktick. I can drag and drop lists on the web to create folders, but I can't do any dragging on win10. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks

Sorry for the trouble. We just tried as you described but made no success to replicate it, would you mind sending us a screen recording via support@ticktick.com in case we get into a wrong direction for troubleshooting?
