Refund Please!

An automatic transaction was made from my account for TickTick's annual premium subscription but I do not want to pay for the premium features anymore. Could I please get a refund? I am a student and really cannot afford it. This situation has been causing me a lot of stress.

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me what the relevant email is and I will forward all the relevant details there.
