My Mac, ios and Windows app don't synchronize until I open the iPhone's app. I tried everything.
Could you please be more clear about the problem?
1. What kind of task interaction fails to sync? Completing task, creating task or list not syncing?
2. Could you please sign in web app: www.ticktick.com and see which platform is consistent with web app?
3. Could you please follow the steps in this link and see if the syncing works?
