How to cancel premium within 14 days to receive refund
When I signed up for Ticktick I read I could cancel within 14 days to receive a refund.

I read in another post to email support and request cancellation and a refund.

Well, I've emailed support@ticktick.com with my paypal transaction ID and they haven't replied.

How do I cancel my premium account and get a refund?
Nevermind, I just filed a paypal claim instead.
