I requested refund through email on the 9-th of November but there is no answer from support team yet. I posted a request on the 13-th of November on the following topics, too. But there is no answer from you, too:

So I repeat my request here.

I want to get a refund and cancel subscription to TickTick.
On the 4th of November, an automatic renewal occured through my iPhone, but I didn't mean to renew my subscription. Then I tried to get a refund on Apple website (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/), but there I got a notification: "We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund."
I cancelled the future renewals on my iPhone, though.

How to get a refund? Or please process a refund for me.

Sorry for not getting back to you promptly. Apple doesn’t allow us (or any developers) to process refunds for payments made via their store. If you’ve made the purchase via the App Store, here is the link to report your request to Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
