Premium account is not renewed.
Renewal was through Apple account.

We have been aware that something wrong goes with the purchase from MacOS recently. The devs are still working on it, here is a half-solution that might help.
Could you please uninstall the app > open "Terminal.app", copy the following code, click Enter, and then re-download the TickTick.app:
After that, could you please go to the premium page in TickTick, scroll down to the bottom and tap the "restore" button, check if it is activated?
