Bug: can't assign task on windows
I've shared some lists to my coworker, but I can't assign them to her (I can see the list and task on her computer, so we know the list is shared).
If I try to assign through the android or web apps, no problem, her name is on the list. So there seems to be a problem with the windows 10 app.
Things we tried:
- manually press the sync button
- restart ticktick on both computers
- restart both computers
- check we have the latest version
- wait a day
No luck, hope you can fix this on next update.
Are you referring that the lists can be shared to your coworkers smoothly, but she cannot receive the tasks you assigned to her?
Does it happen all the time OR just intermittently?
