I paid for the premium version but it's not working
I settle up the automatic renew, so I received the receipt but now my app are asking me to upgrade, saying that I'm not a premium user.

Some things that need to consider in my case:
My Google play account is with xxx@gmail and my profile in the app is with another email xxx@ingrid...
I tried to change my Tick Tick email but it didn't fix this issue.

It's been 2 days that I paid for it and it's not working!!!!!
Same problem with me as well. I had got the premium subscription on 28th, and it's not active yet. I had also sent a mail to their support yesterday regarding this.

Sorry for the trouble. Could you go to the premium page in app, scroll down to the bottom and hit the "restore" button, see if that helps?
