In Chrome, when I click the Add to TickTick button in Gmail, I see at the top a field for Due Date and another for the priorities. However, I cannot select them.

I cleared the cookies, restarted my browser, relogged into Chrome and TickTick but the Due Date and Priority fields are still dimmed (I put this also in the thread about the Sign-in to TickTick not working...).

Would you please open Chrome extension again and try some normal operation first, such as switching task lists, clicking on the 'all'? Then, try to click 'Add to TickTick' again to see whether this problem still exists.

I have not been able to use the Chrome extension in Gmail today as it keeps asking me to sign in. Once it's possible, I'll try your suggestion. I have TickTick extention 0.4.3.

Right click on the Gmail page, choose "Inspect Element", check if there is any errors(something like red icon with number). If so, click to open the errors detail, and take a screenshots.
